1345 Cardy Drive, Scotch Creek, British Columbia V0E1M5

Property Description

Established propane business serving the Shuswap and surrounding communities, including Scotch Creek, Seymour Arm, Anstey Arm, Adams Lake, Chase, Falkland, Salmon Arm and Silver Creek. Jade Mountain Propane Ltd. offers a rare opportunity to acquire both a successful operating business and the underlying real estate. The sale includes the business, a 1-acre commercial property in Scotch Creek with propane storage facilities, two propane delivery trucks, a flat deck truck with crane, and a truck equipped with a Palfinger crane. With approximately 1,200 active customers and an estimated 850 company-owned propane tanks currently leased throughout the service area, the business provides a strong base of recurring revenue. In addition, many customers own their own tanks and continue to rely on the company for dependable propane supply. The service area includes many rural and recreational communities where natural gas is unavailable and, in some locations, hydro service is limited or non-existent, making propane an essential year-round energy source for homes, cabins and businesses. The company has built a solid reputation for reliable service and is well positioned to continue serving this growing market. An excellent opportunity for an owner-operator or an existing propane or energy company looking to expand into a well-established territory. Information package is available to qualified buyers upon receipt of a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). (id:5764)
